Haunted House Terms of Service (TOS), Privacy Policy & Risk Agreement

By entering this Haunted House (the “Attraction”) or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS), Privacy Policy, and Accessibility Statement. 

Assumption of Risk Entry is at your own risk. The Attraction may include loud noises, flashing lights, uneven surfaces, sudden scares, and other potentially startling effects. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage of any kind that may occur during your visit.

Minors & Guardians Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minors in their care.

Accessibility & Mobility Notice This location has limited mobility access. Certain areas may not be fully accessible to guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate all visitors, but due to the nature of the venue and attraction design, full accessibility cannot be guaranteed.

General Terms of Service   The Attraction and website are provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees about uninterrupted operation, accuracy of event details, or accessibility of all features. External links, promotions, or third-party content may be shared for convenience, but we do not verify or endorse them. This is a community-run event, not a business. You must read and agree to our Terms of Service (TOS) page before entering the Haunted House or using this website. For convenience, the full TOS and Privacy Policy are also available through our Linktree page and QR code provided at the entrance.

Privacy Policy We do not collect or sell personal data. Any data collected is solely through the products and services we use (such as GoDaddy for hosting, or other third-party tools integrated into the site). These providers may collect limited data under their own policies, which are outside of our control. We do not control or manage the data practices of these third-party providers.

Donations & Financial Disclaimer Donations may be accepted through PayPal and Venmo. All contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. We are not a non-profit organization. Any money received is used solely to reimburse expenses related to the Haunted House and its operation. Donations do not create any contract, guarantee, or special rights for the donor.

Final Agreement By entering, you acknowledge that you:
